Sentence

THE COURT:  I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge on the record, you know, what I consider to be the services performed by defense counsel here who -- you're not 18 B on this, are you?

MR. LEVINE:  No, judge.

THE COURT:  So if you were retained, I'm sure that retainer is long since exhausted and I know that you've had intermittent difficulties with your client.  Nevertheless, you know, in the best tradition of the bar, you hung in there.  You've made all these appearances.  You've been an admirable advocate on her behalf and the entire system is grateful to you.  And I would say to the people, I think this is a reasonable resolution. 

I appreciate -- I mean I don't want the Court's concern for Miss ... physical condition to in any way diminish not only the seriousness of the offense but the legitimate concerns of the potential victims here.  I appreciate their concern.  I think we've attempted to craft a resolution that both meets those concerns and is cognizant of the circumstance of the defendant. 

So with all of that, on the charge of criminal solicitation in the second degree, the defendant is sentenced to the five year period of probation, a condition of that probation being continued in confinement to her house, subject to electronic monitoring, with her being allowed to attend to health related visits and religious services.  And the Court is also issuing a full order or protection --
