Mr. Levine: Judge, I just wanted to put a number of things on the record very briefly. I think my memorandum in aid of sentencing and the attached exhibits lay out the defense's position as to the devastating effects, those are words used by the school counselor, "Devastating effects," that my client's separatoin has had from his family. I'm not going to belabor that.

The Court: Mr. Levine, your memorandum in aid of sentencing is one of the best organized, and detailed, and informative memorandums I've seen. Ms (confidential)'s always is, but I have to say that the way you incorporated the letters in support, the documents, the reports from the school, and the other arguments is welcome.
